Fun, Funfetti Cupcakes 

Who doesn’t love Funfetti?!? There’s something nestolgic about Funfetti; reminds me of birthday parties and being a kid. I usually bake for special occasions but I just had a terrible craving for Funfetti the other day, and then I realized that I’d never tried it out on my own. Obviously I had to give it a go :)i

Printable Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Rainbow Sprinkles

6 Egg Whites Room Temperature

3/4 Cup Whole Milk

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

3 Cup Cake Flour

1 1/2 Cups Cane Sugar

8 Tablespoons Softened Butter Unsalted

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

Instructions:

Pour sprinkles into ziplock bag and use spoon to break into smaller pieces (You can also use a small food processor)

Combine dry ingredients

Combine wet ingredients

Combine dry and wet

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

Line baking sheet with cupcake liners

Pour batter into pan, cook for 10-20 minutes-check at 10 and 15

Allow to cool on baking rack

Frost as desired
